I just need to post this, sorry.
I ordered my Scarlet package yesterday, and its been shipped today. We deal with a lot of businesses at our medical practice, and if any of them gave the level of service and communication that i experienced placing my order, we would be a happy business.

They've been great with me as well, I was talking to Jason back in June, and the transaction was really smooth!
And when the first week I got a technical problem with my camera (I was pretty horrified), they sent a FedEx in a few minutes -literally, I think I waited 15 minutes-, picked up the camera, fixed it and sent it back by FedEx. The fixing process took about 10 days, but they covered everything, shipping included!
