Red Epic-W not booting, Pro touch screen black, no SDI output

I was filming an event yesterday in 2k Prores 422, so nothing hectic, and the screen suddenly froze. So I shutdown via the clip/player section and tried a restart, but the screen remained black despite the familiar whirring of the fans.

Next step was to remove any attachments and replace the battery, but i just got the same dead screen.

Next step was to force upgrade the firmware. Again, it made all the familiar whirring sounds but the screen remained black and the SDI output was not feeding an image to my Gratical Eye EVF.

So that's where I'm at. Second major drama on a shoot in the past 8 months.

Any ideas or people with the same issues? Waiting for the lovely people at Red Pinewood to call it in, but at this rate I won't have many clients left by the end of the year!

Which firmware you are? Any attached modules not red?

It's on its way back to RED HQ. I had the latest 'Release' firmware. Tried a Hard Restore but nothing appearing on the screen.
