RED EPIC SCARLET MX upgrade 2016

Hey guys,
I recall Jarred post in June talking about a future upgrade for MX users?

Anyone knows if this is going ahead?
Me and mate own a scarlet and an epic mx respectively and couldnt do the upgrade when it was offered and have been patiently waiting for some news, but so far not really much has been said.

I'm just asking this because, the more we wait, the more the camera looses value...
We would love to upgrade to DSMC 2 instead of selling the cameras for the cheap.

If anyone can shine a light on this would be great.

I believe all upgrade paths are predicated on being on the DRAGON sensor already. I don't believe there is a path from MX to anything new...but please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Heh heh no Epic-W will not be 15k for new customers... It's price point will be north of Epic Dragon. It's pretty awesome.

But.. if you are an existing RED camera owner.. you will have a great path to Epic-W.
