RED epic not responding

I'm taking my epic into the red store tomorrow but just wanted to see if anyone has had this happen. Yesterday on my shoot we were about 45 minutes into it and after powering the epic back on next to where the battery reading is, it said "unknown". After that the red powered off but I still got a red light. I would press to power on. Red light would turn off and than right back on. I thought it was my gold mount plate so I went into wooden camera and tried their plate, same issue. Gonna try it with a side handle tomorrow. Any one have this problem before? Sounds like the lemo port is bricked or a fuse into the board shorted it. Not even sure how that happens.

Any help or just ideas of what could've happen are welcomed!

Had the same problem, unhook all power for 5 minutes and turn back on.
