RED EPIC DRAGON 6K DEAD PIXELS HELP

Hello Guys , I buy a original RED EPIC DRAGON 6K camera some months ago with 2.500 hours , i don't check it really well and because i dont have EF mount i never use it till now , So after months i buy EF mount and start recording with my lenses and the camera has tons of DEAD pixels ( i think its Laser brun from previous owner ) . i Try everything like Calibration and nothing .
Any solution for the problem ? like if i find other dead camera with working sensor , can i trade only the sensors ? . Thanks
