RED E-mail Server not working? Trying to E-mail Rep

Hello,

I'm trying to e-mail my new Rep. Kevin Soloman. I keep getting a bounce back e-mail saying it could not contact red.com...

People at RED, If you could have Kevin Soloman e-mail me Louis(at)MaddalenaMedia.com that would be awesome.

Tech people at RED, Just wanted to let you know your mail server may be having some issues.

Louis, that was simply an out of office reply, Kevin is off. However, Austin (who is backing up Kevin) will reach out.

I actually got this:

I did get a phone call today though so thank you very much for facilitating that! Epic customer service.
