Yeah... that's not a "Captive" mount. Captive means the screws don't come out. This looks like one of the older mounts from before they started using captive screws

The captive screws In question are the four that hold the mount to the body. When captive screws are fully loosened, they remain attached to the mount so you can not lose them.
