red drive problem - need help!

can anybody help?!!!:

have problem with reddrive:
there is nothing on it - but we have shot!

harddrive-diagnostic shows: that there are 22gb shot.
but we dont see them.

the red worked normally, and everything was like the other shots before.

so please. need help. as soon as possibly!!!

Sorry to ask obvious questions but have you tried all the ports on the Red Drive to back-up the data (FireWire 800, FireWire 400 & USB2)? Are you using the AC power adaptor to power the Red Drive too? Sometimes the FireWire 800 port can get fried on the Red Drive but it's unlikely all the ports would get fried at the same time. Is it playing anything back when it's mounted on the camera? If it's not letting you access the data in any way it sounds like you may have a corrupted hard drive: contact Red Support - I think they usually help people get footage off of Red Drives that fail like this.
