hi there, today suddenly our fan system stopped working: when you turn on the camera the fan is not working and appears on the screen "Fan. New Fan Available, please contact Red"
we tried to restore the system and to install again latest firmware, nothing changed
the camera still works, but of course we don't want to risk overheating or something dangerous for our dragon
any suggestions?
