RED contact EMAIL ERROR after payment

Hi everybody,

three days ago I payed the wire transfer for my order at RED.com and after that, or at least, since this morning (greenwich morning), I cannot send mails to my contact at RED, Alex Lowne, from the BOMB SQUAD UK.

All I get is error: 554 554 Denied [IPR] (Mode: normal) (state 13)

Is it something I should warn myself about?
Is somebody running away with my money?

Hope I'm just kidding about the second point, please give me confidence about buying at RED.com...

Don't worry, I'm sure everything is fine and it's a simple error. We've all given Red tens of thousands of dollars and nothing has ever gone astray.

My guess is they will correct the issue immediately and everything will be fine.

Yes. There is an issue with RED's email server right now. I got the same message when I was emailing Jim and Jarred this morning.
