  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Jim has already commented that this is an old trademark and that things can change and normally do. He basically said that its only one name and that there are a few trademarked.

It might be bigger, but I don't think Red would make a "cover up" trademark BIGGER than what it will actually be. That would be building up expectations, that are never met.

Would RED do that?

only publicly traded companies play games like that or worry about that. red is privately held and plays a different marketing game. if i was let down by the release of a 720p scarlet, there are thousands that would gladly take my place in line but more importantly, no shareholders to overreact and dump stock...

I would be shocked if Scarlet was less then 1080P.

When I saw the trademarks (more than just one referencing 2K with the Scarlet camera) I was convinced
