RED.com Account Login Info needs changing

Not a complaint as much as another attempt to get something sorted.

My login for RED.com is still under my old work email that I haven't used in over a year. As such I need to change it over to my current email.

The change info form just seems to hang and not do anything.

Have filed countless support tickets, and no luck.

Any help on this would be appreciated, not least as Im waiting for confirmation of my camera upgrade.
