Mark you rock, and by the way thank you for taking the time to respond to my rookies questions and answer me like i was your friend.

It's an incredible piece. It's awesome! And I'm not using that term lightly. top notch stuff and inspiring

Toia is a cinematography hero to me. And not only because of the way his images turn out. it's the whole unique Toia package. although I've never met the guy i simply know he's got this no bullshit approach, does things his own way and it turns out beautifully. He must be an incredible guy to be around.

Well deserved!

Over the years often read Marks comments with respect, as he comes across as a down to earth guy, gets to the point with a honest point of view - this is reflected in his work - great to see him on RED Collective - inspiring - thanks Mark

Inspiring

We believe in you Mark. You have proven yourself many times over.

"I'm the guy that shouldn't have done well"

This statement makes me curious. If you would ever like to elaborate on that I'd be keen to hear more of your story. It is a feeling that all can relate to and sounds very inspiring.

Great work as usual, and the reel just flows, just wonderful work!

Very, very Cool Mark! That helicopter shot coming at camera (in Skippers?) is pretty ballsy. Congrats.

Im still blameing Mark for getting the Epic, the camera wich im still keeps falling in love with it. Thanks Mark for inspiration. Also i like you usally keeps youre rig light and small. Is this still the case?

Yep, great, really great. Glad to see such an awesome piece about Mark finally. Love those RED Collective films.

Pretty sure our Collective team each feared for their lives at one point in time or another on this shoot. Something Mark quite relished, no doubt : )

You've shot there before Chis, and I'm sure operated in with Alfie Speights as pilot. if not.. do so.
Its a normal day in Queenstown. :)
Pity I'll miss you there in in couple of weeks. Have fun man.

Yes.. the collective guys had a full blown adventure with us. I don't think they had a clue what they were getting into, Their eyes wide open with excitement, Gave them each a good run on the SHOTOVER as well which had them laughing like kids as we buzzed mountain tops. I made them shoot there own shots with the SHOT OVER rig. It was so much fun to watching them shoot, learn and discover new things.
Great guys and Gal. Had a great week off with them all.
