RED Cine-X not recognizing RR via Thunderbodt

I have a RR card and mLink R Thunderbolt chassis. I love it and highly recommend it.

My question is the there a "refresh devices" or similar command in RCX? If I decide quit RCX and open it later I have to restart my entire computer to get RCX to recognize the RR card properly.

Unfortunately if I just simply unmount the card by unplugging the TB cable and then replugging it in it doesn't work right.

Any easy work around?

Reboot the computer. The mlink r is not plug and play.

also make sure you have the redrocket driver installed on the computer

Just to be clear, it's actually the RR card that is not hot swappable, not the enclosure.
