Red Charger not functioning

Hi to all

My red charger stopped tomorrow to function. when I swicthed on, the main led light red but the fan do not start and none of the 2 channels charge a battery, the led of the channels is off. The fuses seems ok. Anyway i changed it but nothing happends. I opened the charger but all seems ok. Do you have any idea? i need to send to Red for assistance?

If it's out of warranty then you're hosed. Buy a Bebob-Rouge 2-channel charger. Same as Red charger. 2 year warranty. Very robust pins and connectors.

I just contacted Alex. Meanwhile I ordered the bebob charger. It's in backorder, two weeks to got it.
