On a show now flipping 16-ish batteries in the truck, and two or three times a day, two or three of the chargers will give a red light and stop charging. The charger has to be turned off and 'rebooted'. I can understand every now and again... but the frequency of it is pretty annoying.

The truck's on clean genny power all day, inverter at night. Doesn't seem to matter what power system we're on though...

I've had my own issues with the charger not sending DC to the camera when I have it plugged in.

I have had that a lot of times. It might be that the batteries are warm and after cooling them down (fan or aircon) they charge normally. But pretty annoying, yes.

Don't know for sure, but the heat thing with lithium ion is a major deal and could (likely) be the culprit. there's usually protection circuitry in the chargers that do funny things to handle the heat issues of the battery, which are at their worst during charging cycles.
