Hey all, new to the forums but long time Red user. Heres a Promo for the Red Bull Moto GP I shot recently in Austin, TX. I was the DP on this project working with Avean Media and Coalter Digital. We had Red Bull stunt rider Aaron Colton come in and rip around town and at the Circuit of the Americas track. Let me know what you think!

Shot on Red Epic and Scarlet with Fujinon 19-90, Red 300, and Leica Summilux C's.

I'll post a behind the scenes soon.

There must be a lot of paperwork involved when getting permission to do stunts on the street.

Cinematography is good, sharp focus all around, good framing, solid work. The color correction not so, there are too many temperature changes from clip to clip, letting it be known something is not quite right. Matching white balance is one of the better ways to induce the illusion of continuity, that everything was shot in succession, to make one clip flow into the enxt one, and here that illusion is broken by the drastic shifts in temperature. The onboard shots on Pedrosa's bike were done on Scarlet? It does not look like a GoPro.

Thanks Rudi! Yeah the color is a bit off to me too. Unfortunately I was just on set as the DP and didn't have control over color correction past the transcode. The editor made MANY changes from my on set color pallet. The onboard shots actually ARE GoPro! Glad you appreciated the cinematography.
