BC and the boys took care of me, can't give all the details but, as always, the boys handled it in a timely manner without drama. Sure i am lucky that i live within a 60 miles of the factory, but i know even if i had sent it in, it would have been handled with the same expeditious response.

Now if you would just convince barak that the red bomb squad should train TSA on customer service then my life would be complete...

I have never had a bad experience w/ Reds Customer Service (especially the "old man")...they set a standard I wish every manufacture would follow.

I had a physical camera issue once, and phoned up the bomb squad without letting them know who I was..... Got first class speedy service to help me get my lens off after I'd mucked up the PL mount

For sure the Bomb Squad is by far the best at what they do. They destroy every other competition and deliver the goods every time. It is very reassuring to have this crew waiting in the wings. Saved more then a few shoots I have been on with unheard of customer service. The world would be a much nicer place if other companies took note.
