  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

We are making a trip down to Austin next week for SXSW. Doing a casual day of hands on REDucation there with an EPIC and a Scarlet, and a bunch of kickass workstations from our friends at HP to show streamlined post production workflow for RED 5k and 4k footage, and a presentation about EPIC and Scarlet-X. Here are the details for those that are going to SXSW and want to come hang with us for a bit:

Are you going to have an HP Z1 all-in-one workstation?
 
We will be using the Z1 with RCX and some amazing footage, hope you can stop by.

Just double checked - you can come to the Loft on 6th any time after 3 on Monday and don't need a badge. We have the place all afternoon and evening.

I'd love to stop by but I'm working the NCAA Tournament in Albuquerque for CBS. Really interested in the performance of the Z1 with R3D files for both grading and editing in the field. Would also love to know the hardware configuration you're using. RED Rocket? Graphics Card?
 
I'll be there!.If you have time to watch one of the highlights in Midnighters section at SXSW, we are having our world premiere of "Modus Anomali", a thriller shot on Epic.

That'll be brilliant Brian!Thanks. There were quite many pros and cons at the premiere last night,regarding the story,still hasn't got any comments about the image. Please come to the screening,we are still have 3 days screening.
 
I am sorry RED TEAM,I didn't manage to come,since we had to attend some interviews.Our screening will be last 2 more days if some of you still want to check it out. Most of the audience was thrilled saw the image on bigscreen. They didn't expect that Epic will have this powerful result,especially in the night scene. Again,thank you so much RED Team!. Specially Ted who came to Jakarta for introducing EPIC,and made me hooked to it until now!.
