Red Approved, Jupio BP955 Batteries not being recognized in Red Komodo 6K?

Hi everyone, Ive bought two Red Approved, Jupio BP 955 Batteries to use with my Komodo 6K handheld and on my Ronin RS3 Pro. I inserted the fully charged batteries together and individually and I get nothing but a solid red light before and after I switch it off? The power input works fine on a Wooden VLock adapter and also with an AC Wall Adapter. Im stumped, is there something Im missing? Ive been a Red User since owning the Red One 15 years ago and haven't had this problem before? I would appreciated any help or advice, expect send them back as they are brand new and work on a friends Komodo X. Thanks
