I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I truly appreciate the RED staff and all that they do for their customers. I honestly can't think of another company that accommodates its customers the way RED does. I mean hell, what other company allows you to upgrade your camera to the latest and greatest.... None of them!
They really go above and beyond for its users. Simple things like sending Jarrad a message, asking a question and he takes the time out of his busy schedule and answers it, just like anyone of his friends. That goes a long way and I think thats SUPER FRESH!!!
Im from NYC and I need to give a special shout out to the RED New York team, you guys are invaluable! Don't know what I would do without you!
