RED 5.6" LCD not working

I just received my used 5.6" LCD. I can't get a picture to display and the power button does nothing. When I press the left and right arrows the screen flashes white w/ artifacts, so I know I'm at least getting power. I've tried 2 different cables and still nothing. Is there something I'm overlooking or doing wrong?

The camera outputs fine through HDMI. Could it be a setting that I'm not familiar with?

I think you'll find that somehow you have disabled the touch screen, so its just blank/black. Easiest way would be "restore factory defaults" within the menus.

Is this for the Red One? Or Epic/Scarlet?

If R1, what input are you connecting into? Are any of the pins on the cables bent or folded? The camera must be off when you plug in the monitor, then power up and try. Sometimes if it's already on it won't trigger the monitor.

It's the R1. It's plugged into the monitor input, and I'm not hot swapping it. Pins all look fine. I'm guessing the monitor is bad.
