  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Would it be possible (for studio shoots) to get a RED 4k Box that plugs into the Drive output from the camera and converts the material to viewable 3840 x 2160 for the Astro 4k LCD. (From that box you'd get an output for Harddrives, if not recording with CF). This way you can get live 4k out, but put no processing requirement on the camera (could possible get live 2k and HD output aswell.).
