  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Red 4K , 24fps to SD 25fps output??

Hi guys,
Just wanted to know what should be the workflow for film shot on red 4K, 24fps , 2:1 and audio also dubbed in 24fps quiktimes from FCP to SD or DVD.We have a Kona 3 card on Macpro.Project duration 2hrs.

Export a selfcontained master of the whole film. Open it in Cinema Tools and change the framerate to 25fps. Then proceed as you ordinarily would.

What do you need 25fps for? DVD or broadcast delivery?
