RED 4.5K Footage to 16x9 M2V file for DVD

Is there a way to export 4.5K widescreen footage out to m2v files for a DVD?
The footage was transcoded to ProRes HQ via log and transfer so each clip is now 2240 x 960 according to FCP. Can i scale that down and create an m2v file for an letterboxed 16 x9 SD DVD?

Have you tried Clipfinder?
