RED #102 Locked for Vietnam's 2nd ever full length feature film shot on RED.

[Tonaci Tran]

I am proud to announce that my RED has been booked for Vietnam's second ever "Shot on RED" feature.

Title: Su Lua Chon "Untitled Love Story"
Company: Infocus Media group & Wonderboy Entertainment
Executive Producers: Binh Le, Irene Trinh and Ken Tran
Director: Victor Vu
Cinematographer & Camera Operator: Peter Soto
Actioncam Operator: Tonaci Tran
RED DIT: Thuy Huynh

We have been shooting two weeks thus far with the second half of the movie (crossing fingers for build 16 by the time we head back) to pick back up in the US. Amazingly fun times.

In between the two films, I needed some emergency help and RED customer service absolutely delivered. Jarred..i love you man. Fellow reduser Tekcin was also a lifesaver so much love goes out as well.

Check out the "mobile" director's monitor station hehe

Setting up tracks in the middle of a busy intersection is always an adventure. =)

Considering you can pick up these dell 24" lcds for so cheap nowadays, it is an awesome "affordable" director's monitor.

Congrats Tony!

Glad things are going so well for you. Your going to come back to North America a kick ass steadi-op!

[Steve Sherrick]

Homemade monitor hoods are cool. I have once on my CRT in the studio. I think it's the only thing I've ever made that actually works well.

Congrats on the films!

Looks like it was a lot of fun. I love being out on production.
