Red 1 upgraded... pleasure!

I recently had one of our Red 1s upgraded (pins, audio board, battery plate etc) at Pinewood uk and I'd like to express my satisfaction.

Painless!
Fast turnaround!
Alan Piper a an absolute pleasure to deal with!
Worthwhile! (the battery plates where my 2nd biggest complaint)
