Red #0031 and Crash in Aruba

here are some more shots from today....we went up in a helicopter and hosed down the whole island. local fixer jonathan (he never shot or touched a red before today) shot everything for insurance reasons...he did great.

Dino,

Love that helo rig, can you tell a bit more about it? Rental? Your design? Built on the spot McGyver style?

When we had a family timeshare there, there was one in particular that was labeled the Grandaddy. One of the largest I have ever seen on the island and he just looked old and worn, but he'd make an appearance by the pool and made for a great photo opp.

made by matt blum - key grip - action grip is his company, he has a couple of them that he rents, he was on the job and crash also used to be a grip so the two of them along with jeff ferraro the gaffer built the rig at 6am yesterday morning and then we sent the local PM shooting...that rig makes it easy to get great footage.

When I lived in the Virgin Islands there were three iguanas that loved to sun themselves on a large cactus on our land. They love the heat being cold blooded so they were probably attracted to the batteries as they were warm being black.
