hi - i am setting up my epicW for a documentary project and due to the number & length of the interviews i want to record the interviews solely in the proxy DNxHD/HR codec. I am syncing the camera with external timecode created by the sound recordist's ZoomF4 using the new tentacle sync E going into my red expander. At the moment what we are seeing is the .mxf proxies are segmented into 62MB files and they aren't carrying the external sync TC despite the green TC light being on in the EVF. Basically the TC reverts to initial sync timecode at the beginning of each file! Can anyone help me solve this please? Or is what i am trying to do just not possible? Thanks
