23.976 and 23.98 are virtually the same thing.

I want to make sure though that on the Red Weapon Dragon that all is correct when on the main touch screen I set 23.98 but on the menu for Recording frame rate the default is at 23.976 and if I set to 23.98 it says Varispeed. Project Time base is default 23.98.

Also, any way in the menu you can check what OLPF is installed?

In my own experience, if it says Varispeed...the recording frame rate and the timebase don't match
Add a custom frame rate to match

About the OLPF... Menu->Maintainance->OLPF

If you have DSMC1, you have to make sure that you set the OLPF setting to match the one that's installed.
If you have DSMC2, the camera detects the OLPF.
