Due to the file structure the red uses to store clips in the red mag, when reconnforming from proxies to R3d premiere pro doesnt reconnect the entire project, only one clip.It seems that it is incapable of sub-directory file seaches like other programs do, such as davinci resolve. Is there any way to reconnect an entire project at at once when the red files are stored in individual folders?

Ppro does do sub folder searches...
The trick is to relink an entire media folder...not a file

If you offline an entire media folder....then relink it, you only need to point to the first file...then PPro will automatically link the rest

If you attempt to relink a single file....then only a single file will be relinked...

Now if you are actually attempting to relink proxies...mov's ect then this will not work...
If that is the case you can export FC XML and do a search and replace to substitute .r3d for .mov ect...
Then reimport the XML...

Iam re-linking proxies, and use text edit to find and replace to create a new xml, but when the new 4k timeline appears(disconeccted) when I re-link it only connects that on file, because each red file is in its own folder.Premiere does fine when relinking clips that are all in one folder, but because they are not(r3d) it doesnt.
