REC won't STOP

Hi,
I am experiencing some strange bugs.
Sometime, while recording, the camera won't stop recording when press the rec button again.
Only solution is shut down the camera and the clip is lost.

any ideas ?

call red... or in the meantime if it's really urgent, take a clip to fill up at least the first 2gb r3d, then shut it off, you should still get the first file...

try turning off the reference quicktimes. You can always make them in redcine-x later.
