Reading 240GB Mini Takes Forever

[BrendanLeahy]

I've just started noticing over the past month my 240GB min-mag seems to take forever to be read by the USB-C mini-mag reader, for the Mac to show it as mounted, and for the clips to play back.

Has anyone else run into this issue? I have no problem with my 120gb - these are all being recorded as UDF rather than FAT32, if that makes a difference.

Brendan same for my 512gb and the 120gb cards. I though maybe installing firmware but same with 7.0.1. I'm using an epic - w.

Hmmm ok, I will touch base with RED to see what's up and report back!

I've had the same issue on two of my 512's. I noticed if I secure format in the none Fat32 format it takes forever to mount. If it is secure formatted in fat32 it mounts quickly.
