RCX settings for single R3D file output

Hi Guys, I'm trying to output single frames of some material I have shot to allow other people to play with it.

I've tested and can output single frames but what settings in RCX should I use?

Should I not alter anything and just output files or is there a different way?

It's OK, I've got private messages that I should just click on the R3D snapshot button and do nothing, this I have done and the file's ore now on www.cinematography.net for those who want them./
