Hi,
I'm trying to use a rather convoluted process to conform my Avid timeline in After Effects CS6. I exported an AAF (link to MXF) from Avid, then Pro Imported in AE - it generated a folder w/ QT wrappers that linked to my MXF files in my Avid MediaFiles folder.

I used RCX Pro 15 on my PC to export r3d trims of my timeline (for portability) and checked the QT wrapper option so I can replace the AE (Pro Import MXF) QT wrappers with the RCX (r3d trim) wrappers - but I can't find the RCX wrappers anywhere! Is this a bug?

I also tried relinking to the r3d trims in Avid, but because I imported the original MXF's and Linked to AMA for the r3d trims, they don't seem to play nice, but maybe that's an Avid question.

Thanks!
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Quicktime wrappers are only available on Mac. It's a bug that you can access the ability to export wrappers with an R3D Trim.

Thanks,
David
