Recently had this weird issue where the grades that I'm doing in RCX look totally different in FCPX...

This is how the clip looks in RCX after grade.

This just started happening. Anyone else had this issue? The grade is coming into FCPX because I can see in the RED settings in FCPX that all there are the same adjustments I made in RCX in are in FCPX.

What version of FCPX are you using? Where is the referenced RMD file located? I just tried a test with 10.0.9 FCPX and the latest update of RCX and the settings and grades are working for me.. this is RedOne MX footage, but that shouldn't be the difference... love to figure this out though! (I tried both importing the r3d file into the Event folder and also leaving it external.)

Make sure you open RCX, import your footage into a new RCX project, select all the clips, and right click and save RMD, then you're all set to import your files into FCPX. Import into FCPX must happen after you have saved RMD's within RCX...that's your problem. You will have to reimport your footage.

For me, I just saved the RCX project and import was fine into FCPX, but I defer to Chris. :)
