Using RCPx again after years of not being responsible for this part of the process. Using a 12 core Mac with GTX980, going from one eSATA drive another. But all of my transcodes are time glitching, frame breaking, and generally glitching. No idea what to change to fix things. Adobe Media Encoder is transcoding properly but it doesn't span clips into a single file. I could really use some help here!

Hi there,

A few frame grabs could be helpful. Have you checked that the same spots in the R3D media? Have you tried rendering through resolve? Lots of things to check in the pipeline including your render settings, etc.

IE: take a clip into after effects and create a render preset in there (just to see if you can replicate the problem)

R3Ds are totally fine. And Adobe exports are fine too. I have not tried Resolve.
