Raw 2K 240 FPS clip testing

[Mark Gearhart]

Here's a quick, raw export (not color corrected/etc) of what 2K at 240 fps looks like. Shot on a 24-70 2.8L IIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17QQWZ4zZ48

Is a turbo card required to reach 8:1 redcode at 240 fps?

[Brendan H. Banks]

Looking good! Did you do any sharpening in post?

8:1 compression at 240fps/2K will work with any size mini mag.

No sharpening in post, pretty much straight out of the camera except for some saturation boost.

My clip was straight out of the card and clipped/exported in Premiere.

240 fps on my Raven is cleaner than on the RED epic dragon..

It's the DSMC2 design that's a lot better!
