Raven SDI issue

Hey guys,

I'm so so so close being ready to go. Finally got all of the modules and media etc... Everything is rigged up... BUT i can't get a signal out to my Small HD 702.

I have a sidekick to control the menus.

I have the Base-Expander and the SDI cable is obviously plugged into that. When I go through the menus to the Monitor Setup option, the HDSDI option simply isn't there. I've updated to firmware, no dice. Tried HDMI and different cables. still no love.

Any advice? Am I missing something stupidly obvious? Really hope I'm just being a muppet.

Not sure but I have the base expander and our protoype 7 inch slim 1920x1080 1000nit display is working via the hdmi output of baee expander

Submit a support request to RED, they're fantastically quick to respond

Thanks guys. I managed to solve it by doing absolutely nothing. Slightly concerning but this morning it just turned on and has worked a treat ever since.
