Hi guys,
I’ve been doing prep and discovered an issue and just wanted to check if others might have had the same problem.
I am rigging up for a Multicam shoot and using a Raven DSMC2. I connected the SDI jet pack and ran the tests like normal and adjusted the Switcher to the correct frame rate , etc. aaaaaand no picture.
Tested SDI cables and worked a few troubleshooting tests. Nothing.
I tested the jet pack on another body not Raven and it instantly recognized and got picture. So Jetpack is fine, monitor and Switcher, and cables are fine.
So I’ve eliminated pretty much it all down to the SDI Jetpack not being properly compatible with the Raven body.
All firmware updates to the latest available.
Anyone else experienced this issue?
