Raven high frame rate issues

Sinnce I upgraded for the IPP2 / WCG / Grading preview support - I don't seem to have high frame rate capabilities?
Is it user error or did something change?
"Capable of capturing footage with REDCODE® RAW in 4.5K Full Format (FF) at up to 120 fps"
But now the highest I can get at 4.5K (FF or WS) or even 4K is 60 fps.
The whole reason I got Raven was to do 96 frames per second at same sensor crop as 24fps.
I can call support, but unlikely it is a hardware issue!

Mike, check to make sure you didn't accidentally engage HDRX.

Change your Redcode compression setting. 60FPS is the max for 8:1 Redcode. If you want 120FPS you need to set it to 15:1

Also check to see if "look around" is enabled. That'll also effect your FPS options.
