Hello guys! Anyone knows how many WATTS I need to charge my redvolt XL batteries with the DSMC2 redvolt xl module? I'm gonna charge my camera with a CAR INVERTER so I need to know how much watt power I'll need! ;) Thank you!

I don't know the wattage you'll need, but make sure to buy a Pure Sine inverter. Modified Sine inverters have strange effects on high level electronics.

With the DSMC2 revolt XL Module there are three charging options: On-camera, Stand-Alone Dual XL charger, or the XL module Charging Plate.

Both the On-Camera and the Dual XL charger methods require 2.0 Amps @ 120V, or 240 watts of power, I don't expect the XL Module charging plate to need more than that as well, so to be safe you should be looking for a minimum 300 watt to 400 watt inverter, and as Brendan suggested, it should be a pure sine wave inverter.

Thank you :) This is all I needed to know!
