RAVEN ALLOCATION

Hello All,

I am in a bit of a bind...

My EPIC needs to go back into the shop, again, having just been returned to me for warranty repair.

RED doesn't know what could be wrong, only that the brain needs to come back again for a possible "hardware issue"...

I am in the middle of production, and simply cannot be without a camera. As I shoot every day. I do wildlife, and we're in Spring. AKA PEAK SEASON!!!

I have a RAVEN allocation (at the lower price-point), but don't know when my est. shipping date will be.

If there is anyone, anyone, out there who is not in a dire rush to get their new RAVEN, or doesn't require theirs with such urgency and would be willing to swap allocations, I would be:

1. Eternally grateful.
2. Willing to discuss an "honorarium" for your incredible generosity and continued patience.

We're new to RED (just ordered our first unit after attending NAB) however I'm surprised that RED does not offer a "rental Epic" while yours is in the shop (like a car). Even Letus offered to overnight us a temp Helix anywhere in the world if ours happened to break down on a shoot; regardless, what good does a RAVEN brain do you if all of your modules are for DSMC (Epic) and not DSMC2? Clearly your best bet is to rent an old Scarlet or Epic brain since you should already have all of the DSMC components.
