Raptor Side LCD showing horizontal lines

Hey guys,

Just booted up my Raptor and first thing that popped up was some horizontal lines running across the LCD screen. Other than the screen, seems like camera is performing as normal. Has anyone else experienced this? The horizontal lines appear on every screen. I tried multiple different options for reboots and restores, but nothing worked.

Send that body back to RED. In no world is this acceptable. Unless you dropped the camera…

Definitely not normal.

Sorry to say, but if it's happening on all screens it would suggest it's not a faulty external connection but something internal to the camera.
