  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Raincover for RED

The first Badge is already sold out. In 2 weeks they are availble again.

We are waiting for pictures from the first users. If you want to make sure you have you cover quick please make a reservation.

We expect to have a dustcover and a snowcover in 4 weeks from now.

All products will also be displayed during the IBC !
If you need entrence tickets please let us know, 1 one week we will have a link for free tickets on www.camrade.com

Is it possible to use Element technica's new mouting solution for the EVF bracket?

Hello Emmanuel,

The VF cover can be completely opened with velcro on the back. It is not possible to design something that will also completely cover the EVF bracket but you can close this around the EVF bracket. We have tested this yesterday. Do you use the craddle around the camera ?

One additional thing.

Together with the cover we deliver 2 covers for both vieuwfinders.
Additionally you can order a cover for the 7" vieuwfinder.

New version RED Raincover available again. From this friday we can ship the new updated raincover, it can be used with and without the craddle. The cover is includig separate covers for the vieuwfinders. The 7" raincover can be purchased separate. The first desertSuits can be delivered in two weeks, first units are already sold. The snowcover will be available in 3 weeks from now. Ofcourse you can also see the products during the IBC.

We are also looking for a RED camera to display with our products on the IBC. Would anyone be interested to help us out, you will get some free products from camRade.

Hello,

we are looking at purchasing this fine product from CamRade and I would like to know of anyones tests and reactions. Any and all information will help out extremely. Mainly, I would like to know if all the cable connections are properly protected with the LCD('s) and the EVF. How it works with a fully cage built RED and if there are any downsides to accessibility of the buttons and everything as it is not a clear bag. Thanks in advance.

We will post some new pictures soon and you are right the website needs updating, we are working on that.

If you would like to see a raincover in the UK you can see them at Ortus/IDX uk they have the products on stock.

Hi Red Users,

camRade has released an updated version raincover for the RED, we now deliver an extensions for longer lens wich can be attached and als protect the upper part of the Matte Box. It is impossible to design a standard version wich will fit all lenses and Matte Boxes. Therefore we came with this solution.

Soon we will have pictures available on the camRade website.

The products is available.
