  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

RAID setup - 5 / 50 / 6 / 10 ?

Hey guys, how do you set up your RAIDs? Right now, I tend to go RAID 6, but I'd be interested to hear how you handle your storage for optimal safety / performance.

I've got RAID 5 on my workdrive in my workstation - for optimal performance.

But I've got a 'second line' backup NAS in RAID 6 to copy current projects to. Should keep me safe from drive malfunction.
