I recently finished coding up tool to generate thumbnails for R3D files (and also RDC folders) for use on Gnome (linux) desktops.
I know there are not many Linux users, but I thought I'd post here to see if this tool would be useful for anyone else. If so, I might consider cleaning it up and making it available to others.
Note: Please don't ask me for thumbnail generators for OSX or Windows. I suspect there are already tools to do this.
