R3D plays fine in REDCINE-X, Crashes on Export?

Been having trouble with a couple of files, they play fine in the REDCINE-X viewer, but as soon as I try to transcode them it causes the software to crash, have also tried Red Alert, Clipfinder etc.. anyone have any tips or potential fixes? thanks

RED 4K HD 25fps, 14GB files from CF.

If you want to take a single frame .R3D trim of one of these problematic clips and email it to redcinex at red dot com we can take a look.
