R3D Manager Help...on Location in Africa

I am in Africa on a Doc shooting with the Epic, and I am having an issues with the R3D manager. When I pop in the SSD card it will not appear in the application even when I try to navigate to the card manual any ideas on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated

Are you using Mac or PC or Linux? Do you have RedCine-X installed (and thus Red Watchdog installed)? Does the card mount to the camera fine, but not the computer?

Ron, whereabouts in Africa? I live in Kenya! If you are in a Mac, simply go to disk utility, and you can mount from there. It does happen to me a lot! With a PC, no idea... Have a good shoot!

Ron, I had the same issue recently, try rebooting with the card and reader attached. See if it loads then.
