R3D linking problems

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm on set and we're having a bit of a crisis and don't have time to search through the archives.

I have several R3D files that seem to not be linking correctly.

They will play fine until a certain point, and then crash to green and then everything is green before after and even other clips until I quit quicktime.

Also if I skip over the problem point and play after that it plays fine, so it definitely seems like a problem linking the multiple R3D files.

The problem exists in FCP, QT, Red Alert!, and Premiere.

Is there anyway to repair the link?

Try the following: delete all proxy files (_P.mov, _H.mov, etc. and the RSX files), then load all clips into REDrushes and rebuild the proxies.
Sometimes this helps.
